At night, the night sky is like everywhere! And it's like huge! REALLY huge! And sometimes, if you look closely you'll notice patterns of stars and planets and airplanes and not long ago- a space station.
Well on Thursday, September 27th, the stars and planets and stuff will appear A LOT closer! Well, they'll seem less distant, at least! Bob Victor, staff astronomer for Abrams Planetarium from 1967-99 and the creator of the Sky Chart (anyone who ever attended MSU or visited the planetarium knows EXACTLY what that is!) will visit Everybody Reads to talk about the fall and winter skies and other celestial stuff!
This event is free, and is open to the public. It is appropriate for stargazers of all ages!
