To lose a loved one can affect a person and a family in ways that cannot be fathomed or explained. What we do know however, is that death is inevitable and no matter how hard we try to prepare ourselves, we simply can't. Although the journey through the grief healing process is arduous, it is possible. It is made simpler by taking advantage of what resources are available in our community and through embracing the grief and actively and consciously working through the process.
